Our gluten-free choux pastry is made with a mix of tapioca starch, cornstarch, and rice flour. These ingredients lend to a light and crispy shell. Our fillings are all custard based recipes created by Chef Yeaen.

Order Inquiries

Currently we do not have a store front, and can cater to minimum retail orders of 24pcs ($6 each). Delivery options are available within the GTA. We also have pickup options from Vaughan and Yorkville for no extra charge.

We are hoping to grow the business so we can service our retail clients better in the future!
